Free Proven Winner Planter Workshop

Come plant a gorgeous planter while learning about the value offered by Proven Winner’s patented varieties. Posie’s Place designer, Julie Baker, will be sharing tips and tricks of the trade while helping you to put together the perfect planter for your setting.

Feel free to bring your own container, or choose from our selection. All workshop participants will receive free organic potting soil for their planter and a 10% discount on their entire plant purchase.

Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, May 23rd–25th
Plant a Veggie Garden

Posie’s Place will be planting all weekend and offering great deals for families wanting to plant their own gardens this year. Enjoy a 20% discount on all High Mowing organic seed packets (many heirloom varieties), as well as a 10% discount on all veggie plants. Come share your gardening tips and ideas, and check out what we will be planting for the year’s harvest.

Children can paint a pot and plant a veggie. Free 10:00am–11:00am each day.


June:
Saturday and Sunday, June 27th and 28th: 2:00pm
Making Strawberry Jam

It’s strawberry season, and Posie’s Place is all about this most delicious sweet berry. One of the first harvests of the season, we will be sampling strawberry creations all weekend. Starting at 2:00pm each day, we will have the big canning pots boiling and will be making strawberry jam and canning all afternoon. Come and watch the process and sample some of our homemade jam.
